No: Laxatives- senna, dulcolax- can damage colon if used daily. 'get empty' first with fleet's emema [s], then daily drink funds unil urine dilute, colorless, tale over-the-counter metamucil, MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and plain colace, increase fiber foods in diet and it should keep you moving daily.

Probably not: Unless specifically instructed by an md, laxatives should be used for only short term. Increase you water and fiber consumption. If you keep having issues, get with a GI doc to help.
