Designed differently: A vagina is well designed for reproduction, either through millions of years of evolution, one day of creation, or a combination of the two. It does a very good job of making sure sperm happens, and is deposited in the right place at the right time, so that husband and wife can have one little baby after another. A mouth has teeth and is designed to grind food into little pieces for digestion.

Pleasure by design: The mouth and the vagina have different contours. The vagina hugs the penis, a mouth does not.
