Hello.can a vaginal ph change lubricants consistency? during intercourse the lubricant (water based) loses its slickness in seconds after inserted into vagina and my partner's penis is then covered with white flakey discharge.this happens every time?

What you describe is possible. The best way to deal with this is to find another lubricant of different composition and use that during the next contact and see if the same thing happens which is probably doubtful. Also, are you using a condom during your encounters?
