No: Depends on the lab - typically less than 5.0 or less than 2.0 is negative. Timing depends on how accurately the 'day of conception' was determined ... Talk to your doctor if you're trying to conceive. If you had a positive home pregnancy test and your blood pregnancy hormone level is now negative, most likely you had a 'biochemical pregnancy' and should also discuss this with your doctor.
