A member asked:

When trying to figure out when you ovulate, my period was late previously cus of exercise do we count up those days or still put in the average days?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovulation: Use the range of cycle length that is normal for you. Cycle length is from first day of one period to first day of next. Take cycle length and subtract 14. So if yours is 30 to 35 days, minus 14, so you'll ovulate between day 16 to 21 of your cycle. Day 1 of cycle is first day of period. Have sex every other day during that time. You can also use an ovulation predictor.
