Have U tried this?: Urinating after sex? If so discuss taking prophylactic macrodantin, (nitrofurantoin) after sex, with your primary or gyn dr. Also shower rather than bathe & no bubble bath, no thongs & only cotton underwear, spread thighs widely to avoid trapping urine when voiding, control constipation, keep well hydrated and urinate regularly, consider changing iud for bcp.
