None: Only 100% safe sex is no sex. If you are talking about stds, the timing makes no real difference in std transmission; if you are talking about pregnancy, your most fertile period is the week leading up to ovulation. However, rhythm method is far inferior to actual protection (either hormone (pill) or barrier (condom)).

Unprotected, never: Without contraception, there is no safe non at risk for pregnancy time to have sex.

Work at it: Depending on how long have you been together or whether you have children, you can have date nights. Take time for each other, spend time on the foreplay and the excitement phase rather than proceeding quickly. Know what each one of you likes and spend time focusing on satisfying your partner rather than yourself.
