None: Only 100% safe sex is no sex. If you are talking about stds, the timing makes no real difference in std transmission; if you are talking about pregnancy, your most fertile period is the week leading up to ovulation. However, rhythm method is far inferior to actual protection (either hormone (pill) or barrier (condom)).
