What does the baby look like at 3 weeks and 4 dayspregnant?

Organogenesis is the: Formation of organs. The neural tube that becomes the brain & spinal cord starts forming at 3 weeks post-conception, followed shortly by the heart & other organs through the 8th week. The cephalic "head" end is larger than the caudal or "tail" end; it kind of resembles an asymmetrical lima bean to me, since it's slightly flexed. I'm sure our OB colleagues can describe it in more detail.
