Endometrial ablation: A few people can have bloating and pressure after an ablation but it also could mean you are getting a uterine infection. That will sometimes happen after an ablation. Watch for increasing pain or fever. I recommend you see your doctor in the next few days if this doesn't resolve. A pelvic exam will easily tell if you have an infection and antibiotics will treat it.
