TLI: (too little information). It could be many things, but we don't know how long it's been going on, if there's swelling or redness, a history of injury, your overall state of health & any meds you take, and if there's anything you did that made it better or worse. I know this is not the answer you were looking for, but i'd be doing you a disservice trying to guess with such little information.
