Is there a safer way rather doing a colon cleansing?

You've seen the lite: Thanks for your follow-up question! many people who "cleanse" do so to lose weight, to eliminate supposed "toxins" in their body (let me assure you there are few accumulated toxins in the gut in most healthy people!), to feel "empty", or for other misguided reasons. Unless you have undiagnosed disease, laxation can be safely & gently accomplished with diet & over-the-counter agents like miralax (polyethylene glycol).
