It depends....: The flag ida program is more intensive so one has to balance the disease risks and patient fitness to come to the best plan.

Depends : Depends on age and other condtions if young consider chemo and marrow transplant otherwise. Chemo including vidaza or dacogen, (decitabine) Daunorubicin and ara c. Supportive care.
