Restless legs: There can be several causes to "restless leg syndrome", most of which are due to underlying nutrient deficiency such as folate (folic acid) and B12 as well as iron, magnesium and calcium. I would first recommend starting a good quality probiotic which makes the gut healthier and thus allows for better absorption of these needed nutrients.
