It depends.: This depends on the start of your pain. If your pain is from of colposcopy and your cone biopsy, if you had one, to diagnose this, then i would say that your pain is expected, and you should take it easy and use pain killers for the next week/until it stops, and see your dr. If it doesn't. If it started before, then you should get more tests, etc. As there might be more/something else going on.

Cervical dysplasia: Cin iii does not cause pain. If there is pain, there is another issue.
