I have limited movement in left arm cannot move it in certain ways and pain in shoulder?

Could it be frozen?: Adhesive capsulitis, or frozen shoulder, isn't uncommon in women in your age group. It limits your range of motion and makes sleeping miserable! (does this sound like the voice of experience?!) see your doctor to be sure of the diagnosis, though. Shoulder pain can also be a heart symptom, though not likely to limit movement.
