Nothing's 100%!: While not likely, a woman can get pregnant even if she takes her birth control pills perfectly, 100% of the time! pre-ejaculatory fluid can contain sperm, so a woman can get pregnant before a man ejaculates. Now, admittedly, all this is unlikely! but why chance it? Take your pills at the same time each day, and use latex condoms whenever bodily fluids are involved to prevent stds. Good luck.
