It's possible . . .: I have seen several patients who accidentally have a soft contact lens migrate under the upper lid. Sometimes people cannot find the lens on their cornea and assume that it has fallen out, so they put in a new one. Try to make sure that you only have one contact lens at a time on your eye. A quick check with you eye doctor can confirm that a lost contact has not migrated under the upper lid.
