All three things : Mentioned can have multiple explanations. If contact lenses are blurry, they may need to be changed or you prescription has changed or your eyes are dry. Typically halos can come from dryness but is related to the lenses and retina.

Contact overwear: Probably related to overwear. Stop your contacts, use tears ; see your eye doctor to assess any changes.
