Neuropathic pain…: Resembles burning sensation or pins & needles. Often see in diabetes or with back problems in which nerve is compressed. May be seen with some meds. See pcp for evaluation & options for tx. If diabetic, work with doc to get sugar under control. If due to back problem, nsaids, muscle relaxers, therapy may help, pain management can help; surgery may be needed to relieve pressure. See doc.
