Exclude inflammation: Inflammation is worse with immobility, which you are decribing. You need a CRP and sij and lower back x-rays. Pain relief would probably be forthcoming with two aleve (naproxen) two times per day. If so, see a rheumatology specialist! vsounds as if you have spondylitis.
