Ask her?: If your daughter is not speaking yet, it can be very hard to know. Headaches are not uncommon in children. Fortunately, they're usually not serious. I would rephrase the question: do you think your daughter is having pain? In the context of an illness, an irritable child can have Acetaminophen or ibuprofen, and if her behavior concerns you, have her checked.
