Can be.: Menstrual fluid consistency can vary, and of course can be mixed with the discharge from the vaginal canal. If you think you could be pregnant get a pregnancy test at any corner drug store; even the the dollar store tests work well.

Can be: Menses can be thick dark brown, and heavy textured if it is old blood. It can also be bright read if they is on going bleeding.
