Stomach symptoms!: Other than obvious signs such as breaking out in hives and having trouble breathing, which occur in rare cases, the frequent symptoms of food allergy are the less serious cases of vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and exacerbation of eczema.

Food allergies: Other signs could be diarrhea, gas, irritability. Some will have blood in the bms occult or visible.
