Vasomotor: You may HAV either vasomotor rhinitis brought on by temperature change or nasal obstruction that worsens with the nasal cycle. Normally people breath through one nostril at a time and it varies from side to side every 30 min to 2 hours. For you a doctor should prescribe ipratropium nasal spray three times a day in each nostril to see if that helps.
