How could a weakened spot in my abdomen wall be treated?

Hernia?: Not sure exactly what you mean by weakened. Sometimes people have hernias which are outpouchings of abdominal contents against a "weakened" abdominal wall. Treatment for this is avoid excessive strain and consider surgical correction.
