Yes: Stomach flu is a name often used to describe a viral infection of the GI tract, associated variety of symptoms such as fever, nausea , vomiting, abdominal pain , diarrhea. Not all episodes are associated with all symptoms. Bacterial illnesses can cause a variety of symptoms if the symptoms do not go away, a medical appointment is needed.
