After all lesions dr: The chickenpox are quite contagious beginning the day before lesions appear. The viral load in oral secretions diminish after several days, while the debris from the weeping sores are considered contagious until the last lesion has dried out. The typical time frame is 7-10 days after the first spot appears.

No more infection-: Do not wrestle if you have any fluid filled pockets on your body. Return to wrestling when your energy is back, and all the fluid pockets have all scabbed over and leave no open or draining lesions. Note that even with lesions that are freshly scabbed, the physical contact of wrestling will risk tearing the scab off and exposing you to the risk of secondary bacterial infections of the skin.
