You can't: Your doctor can, though. Most medical reports will need a physician's expertise and knowledge of the context, history, treatments, and other factors which influence interpretation. Diagnosis and therapeutic options should be thoroughly discussed with your physician.

Discogram: A normal nucleogram appears as a well formed oval shspe with distinct edges abnormal has the contrast leakingin all direction with indestinct edges but the most impt part of the trst is the reproduction of concordant pain a painful disc with a normal nucleogram is still positive this is a contraversial complicated subject takes years of study and experience to interpret correctly trust your doctor.
