Event recorder: Some cardiac arrythmias can cause similar symptoms. A transient supraventricular tachycardia with accelerated ventricular response can sometimes cause symptoms like that. You will need an event recorder device so that next time you experience those symptoms your cardiologist can determine what was your heart rythm at the time. Then evidence based treatment can be done.
