Unlikely: One could crawl into the ear, die & end up causing some irritation of the outer canal. Irritating but not worrisome. If they made it into your nose or mouth (yuck)you would swallow them & the stomach acid would kill them. Kids eat bugs all the time & at most get the runs from it or barf. I wouldn't lose any sleep over the issue.
