A member asked:

Can a condom be used more than once?

Should use just once: A condom should be used just one time. After using it, it should be safely thrown away. A used condom has sperm and germs on it, so re-using it can lead to infections and pregnancy. However, if a person just used his last condom, has absolutely no way of getting another one, but is compelled to engage in sex, then washing the condom and reusing it might be an option of last resort.

Bad idea: Whether used to prevent pregnancy or STD's reuse can make both functions fail. At a dollar per dozen at many convenience stores it seems odd that you would even consider it.
