A member asked:

Can a condom be used more than once during sex?

Use it only one time: A condom should be used just one time. After using it, it should be safely thrown away. A used condom has sperm and germs on it, so re-using it can lead to infections and pregnancy. However, if a person just used his last condom, has absolutely no way of getting another one, but is compelled to engage in sex, then washing the condom and reusing it might be an option of last resort.

No: A condom is only designed for one time use. Re-using a condom would increase risk for pregnancy or transmission of infections.
