Contraception: Yes, removing a condom during sex then increases the probability of pregnancy. It also increases the possibility of the transmission of sexuallky transmitted infections. Plan b is an over the counter method (for those over 17) which should be taken as soon as possible (usually within 3 days but up to 120 hours) after unprotected intercouse (like in this case).
