Bladder infection?: A habit of chronically holding your urine does predispose you to bladder infections (burning, frequency, urgency when you pee), which can also cause bleeding. This would be the most likely explanation in this setting. If you are over age 50, however, you should have any visible blood in your urine checked by a physician to be sure it's not cancer.

Uti: First of all, try not to hold your urine. Holding your urine may cause an infection and if you saw blood, it could be that you may have a urine infection especially with pain when urinating. Stay well hydrated and go to the bathroom as soon as needed. If your symptoms persist, you may need antibiotics.
