I have muscle spasms, non painful though annoying, throughout my whole body. i am scared i have a brain tumor. could this be from anxiety?

Get labs checked: There are many causes of muscle spasms. Most commonly, these are due to an electrolyte imbalance. A brain tumor causing whole body spasms would be very unlikely. The cause of the spasms might still be significant, and i would encourage you to see your family physician or internist.

Probably not: Muscle spasms are very common. Be seen for an exam, but remember that tumors cause neurologic deficits, not pain or spasms.
