What are the diagnosis and cpt procedure codes for laser treatment of toenail fungus?

Here they are: The diagnosis code is 110.1 the laser code is 17999- an unlisted skin/nail procedure code. No specific cpt code yet exists for laser treatments for fungal nails (to the best of my knowledge and at this time). Hope this helps.

No CPT: The diagnosis code for nail fungus is 110.1. However i don't know of any cpt code for toenail laser treatment. It is a non covered service which is non reimbursable by insurance.
