You may not need any: Antimicrobials at all since most of these are viral in origin.

Yes: Every dr approaches URI differently. As physicians we are over prescribing antibiotics. My advice is to try alternative treatments such as resting, vitamin c, probiotics, and multivitamin for about 48 hrs. If no improvement, or if you smoke, have asthma, then go ahead and take it. It is a big gun for a uri, but i didn't examine you. If you do decide to take leva, take probiotics too.
