Water & fiber help: Make yourself eat fiber and drink 6-10 8 oz glasses of water a day (that's 3-5 16 oz bottles of water a day). Why don't you have veggies and fruit around? They are the best source of fiber and really help constipation if you take, say 3 fruits and 4 veggies a day for a few weeks. Some meds, chronic inactivity can cause constipation or make it last longer so get busy walking & exercising more too!
