Tarceva-TKI : Tarceva (erlotinib) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits the signalling through a uncontrolled (mutated) egfr receptor (epidermal growth factor receptor). Used in lung cancer. May have some use in pancreatic cancer also.
