Read Expert Guide: Go to your home page and read through the question queue. Select what you wish to address. Answer questions. Create tips. Read answers or tips of others; if you like them click agree and they appear on your profile also. There are many things to do and many reasons to come back to the site often. Find physicians: Spend some time looking for long-lost classmates. Invite past and present colleagues. Add affiliations and see who else from your hospital or clinic has joined. Follow all whom you know. And connect with those whose answers you like. Your network will grow quickly. Budget your time, never neglecting patients or people in real life :).
