See below: A disease that is characterized by the thickening of the skin and underlying tissues, especially in the legs and male genitals. In some cases the disease can cause certain body parts, such as the scrotum, to swell to the size of a basketball. It is caused by filariasis or podoconiosis.

Enlarged extremity: Elephantiasis is gross enlargement of limb or areas of the trunk or head. There is abnormal accumulation of watery fluid in the tissues (lymph) causing severe swelling. The skin is usually thickened, cobble stone appearance and may become ulcerated sometimes with fever, chills.Rare disorder mainly in africa casused by parasities. This is related to blockage of lymphatic system, lymphedema.
