Well...: Most likely it's irritation of the clitoris from the intercourse. If it continues, worsens, or you develop a discharge, get checked out.

Terminal dysuria: is the medical term for what you are experiencing, and it may mean that your bladder is a bit inflamed and when it clamps down at the end of urination, that is what is hurting (hard to differentiate where pain is coming from down there for most of us). If you had a lot of sex, you could have so called "honeymoon cystitis" developing. If it gets worse, you should have U/A to look for infection.
