Hard to say. : If you were being treated for h. Pylori, then possibly the course of therapy wasn't long enough, or the underlying ulcer hasn't healed yet. If the medications were just given empirically (without a definitive diagnosis), then your pain may due to something else entirely. See your doctor for complete evaluation.

Stomach upset?: Possibly stomach upset or mild gastritis from the pills. Also possible that the treatment didn't work and you'll need to be re-evaluated.

Hi im 41 yrs old ive had my period as normal but now getting brown blood when going to toilet as i do on the end of my period this is still going on 7 days after i should of finished and im still getting a stomach ache as though i was starting my period p
Have burning tongue, feel acid in mouth and dull ache in chest at night. Burning in stomach and rotting smell on breath. Endo is normal. High fiber slows digestion. 20mg omeprazole twice daily helps, no burning anymore. Still have other symptoms?
