Dr. Ashu Syal answered

Diaper rash: There could be following reasons for failure of therapy: a) it's not a fungal rash. If you try to treat a staph ( bacterial) diaper rash or a contact diaper dermatitis with an anti- fungal, you are bound to experience therapy failure. B) the trigger ( diaper brand or wipes) is there; which needs to be changes to get positive results. C) your baby needs systemic therapy ( rather than topical).
