YES: Over the counter pregnancy tests are usually correct. Contact an ob/gyn to get good prenatal care early. Also, see your dentist because women with periodontal (gum and bone disease) have a higher chance of delivery a pre-term baby and you need good dental care during your pregnancy. Congratulations.
