It is, BUT...: you should not lift weights with the same muscles more than once every 48 hours. Your muscles need time to heal and rebuild (hopefully stronger)! You will need to lower the intensity of your workouts if you are going to exercise more than once per day. Best wishes!

Yes and no: Listen to your body- injuries, fatigue, aches, pains, etc., and manage your time effectively. Many people have more than one workout in a day, but don't be too overly strenuous in both workouts.
