When to worry?: The most difficult thing in medicine is knowing when to worry. The fact that this has happened "all your life" is reassuring. If it's a sudden change, i get concerned. Nosebleeds, vaginal or rectal bleeding, bleeding with urination, and "unexplained" buises can be significant. I remember a woman who had bruises along the seam lines of her jeans - and we were all concerned. Talk with your doctor.
