Knee contracture: Options conservatively include: stretch of quads & hams, purified omega, pt/laser/modalities, cortisone injection, Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pak, manipulation. Your arthritis may limit the contracture & if severe enough, consider tka if pain is a significant factor.
