Could be infection: One of the most likely diagnoses would be a vaginal yeast infection - which can cause redness, irritation, burning, and a white discharge. This is not uncommon after taking a course of antibiotics, which kill the normal vaginal bacterial but allow the normal yeast to "take over." fortunately, such infections are easily treated. Because there are other causes, do see your doctor for a diagnosis.
