You might be 2-3 d,,: Some pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy within 2 to 3 days of conception. If you had sex a day before your first test that was faint positive, i would say you are surely on schedule. However, i would not use this as the final determiner of being pregnant, but go see your doctor to be sure, with a test there and an exam to see if you don't have things like ectopic pregnancy, etc..
